My son’s vehicle had a coolant spill so did some research on shops nearby and AAA approved. Greene’s Auto checked both boxes. Ron was level with me early on about working on that make of vehicle. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to repair it at a fair price. My son is a local college student and trying to get home for break so really appreciated their efforts to get fixed asap. Good experience and trustworthy. Would highly recommend it.
Will definitely get our work vehicles repaired here. Got a diagnostic done at another local shop and came to Greene’s for a second opinion. It was a good thing we did! Didn’t have to replace the turbocharger at all! Saved us over $2K and also had the alternator replaced! Highly recommend and thankful we checked Greene’s out!
Great place for women to take your car they were polite didn’t suggest unneeded work. All around great experience!! A+
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I like it so much and have been. Customer so long, my picture is on the wall next to Ed Begley 🙂. Friendly, knowledgeable. Honest and hard-working as the day is long. Transparent about diagnosis, costs, & downtime. Willing to tow you to the facility and give you a ride home if needed. Maybe most importantly, NEVER try and trick me because they know I am ignorant about vehicles. If you don’t know anything about your car, this is where you should take it. If you know everything about your car, this is where you should take it.
I’ve had my car at Greene’s twice recently for repairs. Calling to set up an appointment was a breeze, and Ron, who answered the phones, was accommodating. The shop has a spacious, open waiting area with comfy chairs if you’re planning to wait while your vehicle is serviced. They also offer a shuttle service to/from your work, though I didn’t utilize this service. For brake & rotor service, I was called within a few hours of drop-off and informed that they had the parts, would be able to repair them that same day, and given an exact cost. Service was quick and prices were fair- what else do you look for in a mechanic? Auto repairs usually feel like a hassle, but Greene’s excellent customer service made for a no-headache situation. I’ll be recommending them to others and returning if I need future services!
Ron and his team helped me. I was looking at buying a car for myself, but I live in another city. I asked them to do a pre-purchase inspection. They were honest and realistic and I couldn’t thank them more. You’d be hard-pressed to find another mechanic like this. A good mechanic is like a good lawyer and doctor, one of the three essential things to have in life!
